With over 18 years of experience, I’ve progressed from managing MIS and budgets to leading finance and assurance functions that help organizations rethink risk, governance, and performance.Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, consistently delivering qualification-free audits and driving process improvements. My journey has included overseeing complex statutory, group, internal, and cost audits, guiding CAPEX governance, and played pivotal roles through major transitions such as SAP FI/CO, Group Reporting/BPC, and OneStream upgrades. I thrive on solving complex problems with clarity, making processes more efficient, and ensuring outcomes are sustainable.Collaboration and curiosity are at the heart of my approach. I work closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and shared services to optimize financial management, tax, and treasury operations. My experience spans project leadership (from FC & A perspective) in mergers, GST and E-Invoicing rollouts, and the design of risk control matrices for local compliance.
