Nature of work includes providing International compliance, Related Advisory Services including the tax reform compliance planning to Fortune 500 US Corporations, Partnerships and High Net Worth Individuals having global operations.As a Tax Senior Manager, I handle a team of large professionals in USI as On Ground Leader (in absence of an on-ground expat) handle all day to day responsibilities for the practice India. I utilize my discretionary decision-making authority to manage a team of large professionals to provide complex International tax compliance services along with consultative services. I help my US clients with their respective foreign offshore operations and respective filing requirements like Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8621,8825, 8975, 5472 and including the new tax reform additional 8990 series Forms reporting needed to IRS for their global operations. I help my US clients with their International planning around their existing structures with planning ideas like GSG strategies, and tax reform planning by coordinating with our specialty groups.As a Tax Senior Manager, I am responsible for administration and logistics tasks involving optimum utilization of resources with proper level appropriate staffing on projects, budgeting, pricing models, preparation of engagement letters, final panelist in our recruitment drives, facilitation of trainings(both at IT as well as Green Dot level) resource management, coaching and counselor role, work with HR on talent related matters.I directly handle my US clients from India providing answers to their technical as well as compliance related queries and help them arrive at the best possible solutions to their issues. I help my clients by coordinating with our specialty groups around various planning strategies like E&P studies, ETR models, and tax reform related compliance planning to name a few thereby providing consultative & related advisory services and overall management of my US clients.
