Prepare Financial Dash Board such as 4 Linear P&L, Financial Tracker and Executive summary on monthly basis for analysis of Revenue and Operating income for whole Asia Region and submit to Management for decision making. Prepare Elimination and Consolidation book of accounts for Asia region and submit to Parent company on monthly basis. Perform Financial accounting for two subsidiaries of company in Asia region. Prepare Reporting pack on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for subsidiaries and submit financial package to Parent Company – Scholastic Inc US. Review of monthly Financial statements and management reporting packs. Consolidation of Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecasts for all the entities in Asia region and submit to Scholastic Inc US. Prepare Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast for two subsidiaries. Prepare Revenue Report by Customer & Product for whole Asia market wise and submit to management for Business Planning and Analysis purpose and do variance analysis between Current Actual vs. Budget, Forecast and Last Year on monthly basis. Perform weekly Business Analysis through Weekly Sales Report for various segment of the company and perform variance analysis from Actual vs budget, actual vs last year and actual vs. forecast and write commentary for variance. Profitability analysis as per LOB of company in Asia region.
