Collect needs and requirements of the P2P process,involve the baseline, UAT, and sign-off phases.• Support the strategic direction of all Financial Shared Services activityacross all Iron Mountain business operations to transform from adecentralized to a centralized P2P model.• Ensuring proper EDI, Order processing, ASN, shortage claim, Return,Replacement, and Credit Invoice creation.• Published daily inventory report region-wise, forecasting inventory fornext sales and providing the data to the supply chain team to fulfi ll.Inventory planning for sellers based on their ADS (average daily sales).• Monitoring the process of warehouse-like Order fulfi llment, Pick Up,Inventory Updating, Dispatch, etc.• Taking care of Simpli Home customer grievances, through Zendesktickets.• Coordinating with shipping facilities and the carrier team to obtain theperiodic status of the load (pickup / in transit/delivery) to ensure theproduct is shipped to the customer.• Freight quote approval for LTL shipments.
