   Joined Dainik Jagran as advertising head of Delhi NCR. I had many challenges to face for example unorganized marketing operation & process, lesser avenues, weak understanding of the market, very low relationship with fraternity. However, I saw a great opportunity in these weaknesses and successfully increased the revenue of 5 Cr. to 65 Cr. in 5 years. Thereafter I was promoted as Deputy General Manager and after having spent 6 yrs in Delhi & NCR Market I was promoted as General Manager and was asked to take care of the biggest territory of the company that is UP & Uttaranchal. I was heading the states and taking care of it\'s 16 editions who reported to me through different hierarchy and I was responsible for managing a revenue of more than 300 cr. Got promoted as associate vice president and Worked in up and uttaranchal for 6 years and was based at Kanpur, head office of the company. An additional charge of Bihar and jharkhand was given to me, by elevating me to the level of vice president, owing to the tough competitive environment. Successfully turnaround the scenarios and looked after the territories for further 5 years. Now I am heading the national govt vertical of the organization and based out of Delhi. Additionally taking care of Rajasthan market for commercial advertising as well.
