Preparation of technical details & commercial compactions sheet and send for approval. Releasing purchase order on lowest-1 (l-1) basis. Creation of work order for out sourcing work (i.e. fabrication, hiring of manpower & cranes, machining, blasting & painting and lab testing of material.) Material receiving & unloading in store proper way and creating gate entry. Physical verification of material and preparation of GRN & providing bin location of material in system. Tagging of material with his identify like. Item code, Qty, PR, PO, GRN No’s, Description, Batch no, Department and User Name etc. Material issue to production, maintenance and project department as per requirements. Tacking physical & report of regular item, non-moving items, capital goods, assets item, insurance item, expiry item, Maintenance of records pertaining to inflow and outflow of material in organization, preparation of RGP (returnable gate pass) and NRGP (non-returnable gate pass) for materials. Physical tacking of all items stock in hand v/s system (two times in one year). Query clear of auditor for how to working store layout & inventory stock management. Set up layout and space management of store area to ensure optimum utilization of space and easy access to material. Devise strategy and drive implementation in connection with purchase team to minimize inventory,Provide inputs on existing stock to purchase team to ensure required procurement. Develop team members by setting targets/ responsibilities monitoring performance and providing feedback on a regular basis, and utilize of manpower and resources. MIS reports preparation. SAP training provided in relation MM module to employees.
