Project Manager with experience in end-to-end delivery of projects for high profile clients in multiple sectors (including energy, utilities, finance, insurance, legal, luxury). Skilled in collaborative management of global cross-functional project teams to deliver complex high value requirements. Experienced in leading discovery sessions, defining requirements, production of project governance documentation, mitigating risks and resource allocation. Currently I manage a portfolio of change requests for E.on/nPower Business Solutions. This involves the day-to-day management of on/offshore cross-functional teams to deliver a project portfolio. I manage delivery across multiple related projects/workstreams to align with programme goals. I am responsible for tracking progress against objectives, milestones. I also provide forecasts against future activity to allocate resource and define blockers to mitigate against risk. My role is client-facing, and I am responsible for all stakeholder engagement. Another good example of a project where I have managed end to end delivery, is the build of a new global site for a NYSE listed business after a corporate merger, that involved multiple projects to be delivered simultaneously. This included the build of a new site in the Sitecore platform, development of UX/UI, multiple languages, migration of content from several regional sites, implementation of new brand assets, integration of a CDP (Bynder) and development of APIs to integrate extended search and content functionality I was responsible for leading discovery sessions to define scope and requirements with the client. This led to the definition of work internally and my development of project governance documentation including POAPs, PIDs, RACI/RAID documents, and fully formed SOWs. I managed the day-to-day activity of several teams, and utilised my experience in agile and Scrum ceremonies to remove blockers, review work in refinement meetings, allocation of resources, and review strategic priorities with clients in case of changes or updates in requirements. I have used CRM/PM platforms (including Jira/Confluence, Click Up, TrelloFloat) to manage day to day activity, and used a Scrum Master approach to events/stand-ups to manage sprints/refinements, provide a point of escalation, and ensure work was carried out without any blockers.
