About Vijeta Singh

I\'m an entrepreneur, and a business consultant working at the intersection of strategy, design, service and scale. I run Rare Ideas, a women-led strategy and branding studio that partners with consumer retail, technology, F&B and hospitality entrepreneurs across India. We help shape brands from the inside out - defining their strategy, identity, and systems for scale. I\'m also a founding partner at Together Hospitality, a growing group of restaurants and bars built on strong values, operational excellence, and brand clarity. Our venues include Cobbler & Crew (ranked #7 bar in India), Elephant & Co, Gather and Juju, with new concepts in the pipeline. My journey started in investment banking. In 2014, I launched my first venture - a fresh meat e-commerce brand. That experience taught me how important clarity, positioning, and storytelling are when building in the F&B space. I spent the next few years helping founders grow their brands through marketing and digital strategy, which evolved into what Rare Ideas is today. My focus now is on scaling businesses that are thoughtful, culture-driven, and built to last.
