I am an IT professional with over 18 years of experience spanning executive IT support, infrastructure management, and datacenter operations. Currently, I serve as a Senior Enhanced Support Engineer at Arm Headquarters in Cambridge, UK, providing direct technical support to the leadership team. My role focuses on ensuring seamless delivery of executive meetings, live events, and collaboration systems, where discretion, reliability, and precision are critical.Before joining Arm, I held senior roles at Wells Fargo, Accenture, Morgan Stanley, and Nortel Networks, where I gained deep expertise in server administration, datacenter migrations, disaster recovery, virtualization, and global IT service delivery.
