The journey keeps me shifted from Civil Engineering to Disaster Manager (Climate Change & Cyclone Genesis) and enhanced my skill of connecting dots through my profession. Being a Sustainability & CSR professional, I am able to use my strengths to strategize and develop the various aspects of the sector from environmental, social & governance in subject expertise of biodiversity / water (natural resourses) conservation connecting through livelihood, agriculture, and using GIS (and other software like Adobe Premium Pro CC) to analyze the changes & impacts. Throughout this journey am exploring very new aspects and approach towards each stakeholder which challenging me to go further.Stakeholder management; project management; data analysis; monitoring; impact analysis; i.e. end-to-end project implementation is a specific about. Research and Analysis of the subject with connecting dots is my skillsets to go through the objectives and goals of the Project. ArcGIS, QGIS, Adobe Premier Pro CC, MS-Office, Google Earth are some software\'s, I use for the project implementation, analytics & monitoring.
