ABOUT VIJENDRA SINGH
I work on enabling machines to understand and interact with the physical world through intelligent sensing and perception.For the first 8+ years of my career, I developed end-to-end perception systems for multi-sensor platforms, combining classical algorithms and AI/ML to move solutions from concept to real-world deployment. I applied these skills in autonomous automotive and off-highway vehicles, including material-handling and construction machines, working on areas such as object recognition and tracking, multi-sensor fusion, and 3D scene understanding. Along the way, I built a deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, from data and model development to deployment across cloud, edge, and embedded platforms, and focused on turning advanced methods into robust, production-ready systems.My academic background in robotics, combined with over 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML for perception, enables me to bring together robotics, sensing, perception and machine learning to advance the next generation of embodied AI systems.I am currently a Staff Engineer at Analog Devices, working on AI/ML for intelligent sensing and perception to support emerging robotic and autonomous systems.I enjoy tackling complex problems at the intersection of AI/ML, sensing, perception and robotics, and translating advanced algorithms into systems that operate reliably in the real world.
