I founded Alumnx AI Labs to do one thing: make AI real for Indian organizations — not as a buzzword, but as a working capability embedded in how leaders think and teams operate. My work spans two tracks: Corporate AI Transformation — I work with organizations to design and implement AI workflows that automate repetitive work, accelerate decision-making, and compress time to market. This includes building Claude-based agentic tools deployed at scale inside enterprises. AI for Senior Leaders — A structured learning program designed specifically for CXOs and senior professionals. Delivered virtually, in city workshops, and through an immersive cohort in Goa. I\'m an IIT Guwahati alumnus, and I bring both the technical depth and the boardroom context needed to bridge the gap between AI potential and organizational reality.
