ERP - SAP * Responsible for International Trade Execution within inter-companies and 3rd party shipments for Dabur International Ltd Dubai, UAE* Dealing with RM, PM and FG export shipments.* Dealing with the Hazardous shipments as well.* Handing direct 3rd party shipments under LC and submitting original post shipment documents through the bank* Responsible for checking draft LCs* Mainly using shipments under incoterms Ex-works, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP etc.* Initiating monthly RFP for sea freight reverse auction through PRM portal* Once quotes are received from the vendors, initiating the auction process in PRM to nominate freight vendor for a month to handle the shipments.* Initiating a request for sea freight quotes in PRM on a spot basis when the new inquiry comes.* Responsible for getting LCL/AIR quotes on email as well.* Arranging the Proforma Invoices to the customers* Daily follow-ups for pick-up arrangements for nomination shipments.* Responsible for getting the DO/booking release and container placement for stuffing at factory premises.* Responsible for checking stock availability in SAP and processing its delivery/OBD, PGI and invoicing for all export shipments.* Arranging custom documents separately in excel for clearance purposes, i.e. CIPL, HSN sheet, ED, MSDS etc.* Checking and approving the export BOE* Checking and approving the BL/Airway bill* Applying for the Certificate of Origin for export shipments* Arranging COAs from the quality teams whenever required.* Applying for a SIRA/DCAA/EOCN permit against the product when required for UAE export compliance* Regular following with FFs to get the vessel sailing updates and final BL/ AWB documents.* Sharing post-shipment documents to the customers including CIPL, BL, COO, COA etc.* Regular shipment tracking and updating the master file* Proper maintaining freight approvals and vendor contracts * Handling small DDP shipments through DHL mode (Courier and Commercial)
