Created interactive Tableau dashboards(Bar charts, Cross tabs, Dual axes charts, Doughnut Charts, Sankey Charts, Geo-spatial maps etc.) and published them to Tableau server. Well versed in implementation of LOD\'s, creating Jump Dashboards using Action filters and intimating business of critical events using data-driven alerts. Heavily involved in leadership activities aiding business growth such as responding to RFP\'s, assessing demand/availability to conduct hiring interviews, performance management of associates, constantly striving to innovate by generating reusable assets etc. Took Informatica/Alteryx training for more than 100 associates, spanned across different batches with excellent feedback. Conducted interviews in Analytics space (present and previous organizations) to back fill open positions.
