ABOUT VIJAYTA DOSHI
Vijayta Doshi is currently the Dean (Programs) and Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur. She earned her doctorate from IIM Ahmedabad and joined IIM Udaipur soon after, over a decade ago. Over the years, Vijayta has played a key role in institution building at IIM Udaipur, contributing significantly to Vision 2030 and serving on several strategic committees and task forces. Her research interests lie in leadership and entrepreneurship, viewed through the lenses of gender, diversity & inclusion, and critical management studies. She has published in top-tier journals, including FT-50 journals, and her work has been recognized with awards from reputed journals and the Academy of Management (AOM). Vijayta was invited as a Distinguished Speaker at the 15th United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Global Forum. She has been a visiting scholar at Lund University, Sweden, and the Royal Roads University, Canada. She teaches organizational behavior and human resource management across multiple programs and has led several executive education programs for both private and public sector organizations.
