Established Castlight Health, Inc. presence in India. Formulated short and midterm strategy to quickly scale up the company to over 150+ employees in a span of 12 months. Implemented business models and processes to build a high performing and flexible organization to continue improving execution and delivery As part of Senior Leadership team, I am the Head of Operations and a board member of Castlight India. The India Development Center (IDC). has more than half of R&D capacity and is innovating new products and platform. • Responsible for R&D, Product Management, NetOps, IT, Professional Services, Finance and HR at our IDC. Also, responsible for delivery of specific product lines from IDC • I established Castlight Health’s presence in India • Built an organization of 150+ high performing employees • Building highly scalable and secure SaaS products by applying my passion for Innovation.
