I am a technology leader passionate about transforming and scaling businesses through customer-centric innovation, AI-driven products, and high-performing teams. My expertise spans product leadership, platform development, and generative AI, with a strong focus on building scalable systems and delivering differentiated user experiences.I currently lead Product Management and Engineering for Business & Industry Copilot at Microsoft. In this role, I drive the agentic product vision, strategy, AI-first user experiences, and engineering execution across Sales and Customer Success domains.Over a 28-year career at Microsoft, I have built and scaled products that power millions of developers, enterprises, and cloud workloads worldwide. Most recently, I led product and design for Azure developer experiences, delivering infrastructure (IaaS and PaaS) capabilities that enable the world’s cloud applications.A platform and systems builder at heart, I have contributed to multiple foundational Microsoft platforms, including three releases of Visual Studio, two releases of Windows Server, and several large-scale cloud and developer platforms.One of my proudest moments at Microsoft was leading the creation of a disruptive ad-based indirect monetization platform for the Windows and Xbox app ecosystem, pioneering new revenue models during the early evolution of the mobile app economy.Beyond product innovation, I am deeply committed to developing the next generation of product leaders. I led Product Management Excellence at Microsoft, redefining the Program and Product Management discipline through industry-aligned roles and career paths (PM, TPM, Customer PDM). I also built and scaled a global community supporting thousands of product managers, improving role clarity, recruiting effectiveness, and career mobility across the company.Originally from Chennai (Madras), I’m an avid cricket fan-my loyalties happily split between CSK and RCB. I’m also a trained Indian classical vocalist and continue learning and practicing music in my spare time.
