   At this job, I was responsible for overseeing the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions across large enterprise clients. My work involved close collaboration with our stakeholders to define project scopes, plan sprints, and manage builds and deployments. I ensured projects remained on track from design through post-launch by maintaining detailed architectural documentation, such as system diagrams and technical guidelines.During this role, I also led structured deployment processes, supervised testing and QA teams, and enforced change control protocols to minimize risk.
