About Vijay Marolia
Vijay J. Marolia has over 20 years of experience in capital markets specializing in hedge fund and private equity investment strategies. He is the founder and chief investment officer of the Regal Point Capital Group is frequently featured in media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reuters, Forbes, American Banker, YahooFinance, SmartAsset, Fox 35 Orlando & more. Before launching Regal Point Capital in 2013, Vijay spent eight years at Private Wealth Management at Heathrow, one of Central Florida’s top wealth management firms, with over $300 million in assets under management. As Chief Investment officer, Mr. Marolia served as the firm\'s global macroeconomic strategist and was responsible for research and portfolio construction. Mr. Marolia has done extensive research and due diligence on the world’s leading fund managers. Vijay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida and a MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business, where he served on the Alumni Board. In 2010, Vijay earned the CFP designation and became the firm’s youngest ever partner the following year. He left in 2012 to pursue his dreams and launched Regal Point Capital Management, LLC shortly thereafter. Vijay lives in Orlando\'s Baldwin Park neighborhood, where he enjoys an active and upbeat lifestyle with the world’s most beautiful doggie 🤗 #Raven.
