Previous Experience in Service Delivery and Project Management at locations like Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore for 10yrs has given me ample experience in handling externals customers at site and what it takes to ensure customer advocacy with each experience that I had come across in this journey. 1 year Stint in to sales helped me know more about the sales stages experience with customer and sales target in focus at any organization. At Tendering & Bid Management, Risk Management & Contract Management for the last 11 yrs it is always about how we safeguard organization interest holistically and also ensure we stay focused on the business we do in the market with Customers. Through continuous focus on strong Cross Functional expertise, integrating risk mitigations (deliberation on unknow aspects) and Commercial aspects, Support sales & Customers through negotiations, i bring in value to the stake holders and also to ensure we are always close to reaching win-win situations. Finally not to forget along with overall 23 yrs experience, continuous upskilling through Certifications in Contract Management and reskilling through certifications around other diverse domains, which i enjoy through everyday learning, are Human Capital Management, Cyber Security, CSR, ESG Specialization, Sustainability, Circular Economy, SDG`s & Climate Action etc, This critical continuous learning aspect is helping me to accelerate with proactive career behavior, to remain sustainable in the long run and compete in an ever-changing environment. Just recently in July/August 2022 achieved another milestone to be certified Independent Director at IICA/MCA & ICSI pertaining to Sustainable and Strategic Corporate Governance Standards and Practices, which are the essential qualities expected from current and future Independent Directors in the market with diverse experience, expertise, skills, knowledge and competence. Also, during the period 2021 to 2023 successfully completed Post Graduate Programme (Master of Business Law) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
