I always try to think from the customer point of view, assuming if I would be on another side when I start communication with every customer. My objective has always been to make sure that the customer gets what they require.When I get into a job, I want to know everything. What can we do? How can we do it? So I make sure to be precise & details-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at the workplace by keeping an open line of communication with teammates and seniors making feel them they have made their day before they close for their day. I navigate between sometimes competing for goals of the Firm and The Customer by applying what I’ve learned through this communication.My high energy & passion believes there is always something to learn about Marketing & try to catch new opportunity to learn new things in the best possible way. I scale up my efforts to make customers’ day better by training teammates and taking an active role in their development. I use positivity to make work a pleasant place to work.
