I work at the intersection of technology, trust, and public infrastructure, helping countries and organizations build digital systems that are secure, interoperable, and worthy of public trust.Over the past two decades, I have been deeply involved in architecting and scaling Digital Identity, PKI, and Trust Infrastructure at national and global levels. I was part of the early technical architecture of India’s eSign ecosystem, and a founding member of emSign — India’s first globally trusted SSL/TLS Root CA — helping take both from concept to large-scale, real-world adoption.As former SVP & CTO of eMudhra, I led large global engineering and security teams across Product Engineering, R&D, PKI operations, cloud infrastructure, compliance, and cybersecurity — building platforms that today support hundreds of millions of trusted digital transactions.Today, I serve in advisory and standards roles focused on enabling trusted digital transformation:• Secretary General and Chair, Technology & Standards Working Group — Asia PKI Consortium• Convenor, Panel on Digital Signatures — Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)• Advisor to governments, regulators, and institutions on Digital Identity, Trust Services, DPI, and cross-border interoperabilityMy work spans technology, policy, and ecosystem building — from design to compliance to mutual recognition frameworks and trust interoperability across borders.A couple of years ago, I stepped away from a full-time corporate role to return to my roots. Alongside my global advisory work, I am now also building a sustainable agriculture initiative, and exploring how systems thinking, resilience, and long-term design apply just as much to land and ecology as they do to digital infrastructure.For me, trust is the common foundation — whether in digital systems or in the soil.I am particularly interested in:• Building trust into digital public infrastructure and cross-border systems• Helping governments and orgs design secure, interoperable digital ecosystems• Exploring the intersection of technology, sustainability, and rural innovationAreas of Focus:Digital Trust & PKI, Digital Identity & eSignatures, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), Cybersecurity & Compliance, and Sustainable agriculture & rural systems.I actively collaborate with and/or have contributed to global forums including the CA/Browser Forum, ETSI, FIDO Alliance, and UN/CEFACT.If you are working on digital trust, DPI, cross-border interoperability, or sustainability-driven innovation — I’m always happy to exchange perspectives.
