Preparation of technical offer, customer specification and Review the supplier technical offer. Handling the post order activities, which include PID preparation data sheet preparation and getting required customer approval for the documentation maintain the project margins. Attend 3D modelling review, Implementation of the best engineering practices during the package designing & manufacturing. Attend the project review meeting with customers. Review of P & ID, Isometric drawings, filling the CRS, Prepare the line list for customer submission. Check the return documents from customer and update as per CRS reply and prepared the revised and update documents from Instrumentation engineer, design engineer and quality control engineer. To check the suppliers documents of control valves and manual valves and ask them to provide the calculations of pressure drop. Cross check the GAD and Model prepared by design engineer.
