Currently responsible to create and manage overall strategy & delivery framework for large/complex integration programs to achieve successful outcomes.Instrumental in defining test strategy & test standards, setting up testing CoE’s, testing framework for Legacy modernization programs, handling managed services with NextGen Digital Assurance & Quality Engineering Services, Leverage industry standard project management methodologies for seamless delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Responsible of managing delivery of complex and large programs /accounts, customer relationships, lead delivery and account strategy and planning along with Client Partners and identify opportunities of growth in the account• Program Delivery/Customer Satisfaction: Conduct regular program delivery reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns, meet the targets of operational parameters and to enable the delivery teams in ensuring high customer satisfaction.• Drive resource forecasting and fulfilment for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.• Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Wipro’s offerings• Has good understanding of the Delivery Operational parameters and drive them to align to organization norms• Would be instrumental in Delivery Led Growth by scoping new opportunities within the accounts proactively • Align with the client partners to build winning solutions and deliver proposals - proactive & reactive. • Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition / Business Case• Strong Change Management skills, Analytical / Problem solving skills
