Currently working as Engineer in the Energy Security team at New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), focusing on Gas/Electric coordination and data-driven analysis/modeling of NY energy grid resiliency.During MS in Energy and Mineral Engineering at Penn State, I worked as a Graduate Research Assistant working with Dr. Renee Obringer on leveraging Data Analytics in assessing Climate change impact & Water-Energy nexus. Additionally, I actively collaborated with Penn State Sustainability and Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) as part of the Local Climate Action Plan (LCAP) program.Prior to this, I have 4yrs work experience as Data Scientist at Amplus Solar, implementing Spatio-Temporal, Statistical, Empirical, and Predictive Analytics algorithms for Indian Solar Energy industry. Graduated with Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Electronics & Electrical Communication from IIT Kharagpur.Tech and Research enthusiast interested in the domains of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistical Learning, Quantitative Modelling & Internet of Things. An enthusiastic engineer focused on translating the world into mathematics.
