Maintain a safe and organized lab environment, following safety protocols. Supervise lab staff and provide guidance on testing procedures. Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct performance tests on ceiling fans, TPW fans, and exhaust fans as per standards. Monitor airflow, power consumption, noise levels, and other key performance metrics. Identify issues in fan performance. Do Bench-marking of Competitor FansDocumentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of all test results, observations, and analysis. Prepare detailed reports for relevant stakeholders. Share on mail with relevant stakeholders.Maintenance & Inventory Management Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment. Manage inventory of lab equipment, tools, and spare parts. Recommend upgrades or replacements of obsolete equipment. Share Monthly MIS Report.Coordination & Communication Work closely with product development teams to test new prototypes. Communicate test results and suggest improvements to relevant Stakeholders. Train technicians and junior staff on testing methodologies and safety Implement quality control measures to ensure fan performance and safety. Coordinate with R&D and production teams for design improvements.
