I have extensive experience in strategizing and planning of operations, projects and logistics. I plan my work and team strategy as hard as I plan party after work-I am an experienced Paratrooper. I have served in the Special Forces for three years and with the Electronics & Mechanical Engineers of the Indian Army for eight years. Multitask they said,\'Yes Sir\' I said- I possess extensive knowledge and skills in managing and sustaining sophisticated warfighting equipment such as battle tanks, artillery guns, small arms, and surveillance equipment. I am the doctor for the old and ailing army trucks and tanks & no equipment goes out of action for far too long under my watch-I am skilled in crisis management, risk management, resource management & stakeholder management in VUCA environments. Now you know who\'s got your back in times of trouble-I have rich experience in HR management, general administration and team building & there is a hearsay that I have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills-I have successfully led cross-functional teams consisting of 250 or more individuals in metropolitan areas as well as in remote and challenging locations such as extreme weather, high-altitude regions, far-flung borders, and remote areas.
