With over two decades of expertise in Refinery and Petrochemicals, I specialize in driving business strategy, governance, and integration for large-scale, complex organizations. My career spans leadership in Risk Management, Policy Governance, and Delegation of Authority, ensuring robust compliance and ethical practices across petrochemical operations.As Responsible Care® Coordinator for Reliance Industries Limited, I serve as the primary liaison with the American Chemistry Council, championing global safety and sustainability standards. I have successfully implemented ISO – Anti-Bribery Management System, embedding a culture of integrity and zero-tolerance compliance.My role involves working closely with top management, Presidents, Business Leaders, CEOs, & CFOs, fostering strategic alignment and collaboration on critical priorities. I lead Petrochemicals sector wide risk management, oversee internal and external audits, and drive sustainability initiatives that strengthen ESG leadership and regulatory compliance.Beyond governance, I bring deep technical and commercial expertise in market intelligence, process simulation and optimization, business analytics, planning and operations management, and large-scale project execution.
