As a single technical person in GMO Programs Ops org, I started using Salesforce Saas to track our customer emails using the email-case feature with a modest user base of 50 I expanded Salesforce as the primary Operations tool and build a process to track Rejections, Incidents / Outages, Operations Headcount, Captial Budgets and Requests across GMO with a user base of 400 and growing Built Force.com sites to collect information from external clients that feeds our operations queue. Built multiple widgets using Salesforce Lightning Web Components to help automate many tasks Built an automated billing process which consumes the data from internal Order management systems and determines the cost against each transaction based on a rate card maintained in Salesforce Built an AWS Elastic Beanstalk application using Node.js to display Salesforce data using Lightning Out Responsible for documenting the application from a technical perspective and an end user’s perspective Used Mulesoft to integrate GMO’s order processing system and Salesforce, thereby helping the Operations team to efficiently manage their fulfillment queue. Used Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory to integrage Salesforce with JIRA and ServiceNow
