Vijay is one of the RALP (Reliance Accelerated Leadership Program) cohort working with the senior leadership team at RIL to establish its New Energy business. He previously led the Product Management and Solutions Strategy for the Optical Networking Business at Sterlite Technologies Limited. He has more than 10 years of experience driving strategic and transformational programs in multiple industries. He is proficient in Product Strategy, Solutions Development, Offering and Pricing, Business Development, Cost Reduction & Turnaround and has successfully implemented several new product introduction, sales transformation and operations excellence projects. He has won The Aditya Birla – Economic Times Young Leader award and The YES Bank ASPIRE award for leadership. He has secured Distinction in all semesters during his Bachelors and was in the top 5 percentile of the batch in both years during his Masters.
