Spearheading multi sites operations of Flour mills with the total capacity of 2600Mt/day, Pasta lines with total capacity of 600Mt/day, and Noodles with capacity of 200Mt/day. Involved in decision making of Wheat grading and product blends based on the market pricing. Driving Operational excellence across multi sites. Budget process, Inventory, S & OP process, etc.
