At Glenmark Life Sciences Limited, I perform all HR operations including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensations and benefit administration, change management, statutory compliances, and general administration. I support leadership team in strategic initiatives on organization and culture, transformation and succession planning, etc. I also develop and implement programs and initiatives on manpower planning, benefit, performance management, and trainings.Moreover, I perform job analysis, job evaluation, grading, competency mapping, salary surveys, benefits survey, and benchmarking as well as oversee salary structure administration and redesign compensation structure, as needed. I handle all employee queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, transfer, mediclaims, etc. while serving as liaison between management and employees and assisting in the resolution of all HR related issues.Additionally, I oversee acquisition related work of land for new site with MIDC and Industrial departments. I also analyze production, maintenance, and HR data, liaise with the government bodies for compliance relate issues, as well as interpret and apply company policies, practices, benefits, programs, and applicable laws. Highlights• Led plot plan approvals from Directorate of Health & Safety and FDA authorities, and handled labour movement for construction.• Promoted in 2019 and led successful functioning of the plant while handling the structure strengthening during lockdown.• Led the on-site implementation of multiple central projects.
