A Murugappa Group with an annual turnover of Cr. engaged in manufacturing Fertilizers/Agri inputs/ Formulations etc.Coromandel International Ltd. is a star company in Murugappa group with turnover of 9800 Cr, 20% Operating profit and 10% Net Profit with a benchmark to grow minimum 20% YoY basisOverall Responsible for: Procurement & Contracts: Raw Material/Packing Material/ Engg.Stores/Projects Purchase; Procurements finalisation done on basis of Purchase Committee Meetings headed by Head-Commercial, Head-Finance & Head -User dept. & Purchase In-charge Stores: Responsible for:Incoming goods, QC Sampling, GRN and storage and issue of goods to production & Receipt of finished goods from Plants. To Monitor and initiate action upon Non-moving/Slow moving/Rejected goods. Generating reports like ABC analysis/Monthly stock report and physical stock verification with auditors. To Plan dispatches based on plan for exports and domestic Excise & Customs: Ensure timely filing of all excise returnson time; POE; CT-1; UT-1; Annexure; Rebate; Duty draw back,ARE-1 Export documentation endorsement; NOC’s; DEPB & liaison with Excise & Customs for export; re-import & re-export of consignment etc Prohibition Excise & Narcotics: To monitor usage of Ethanol (SDS), Methanol & Amm. Chloride as per license. To follow statutory procedure for procurement of Ethanol(SDS) from distilleryy payment of requisition fee and writing of visit book by inspector. Filing of Quarterly/Monthly filing of returns for all products & Maintenance of Daily registers Export & Imports: To ensure correct export doc. for FOB/CIF shipments with all entitlement of export benefits as per Export order. Freight finalization and co-ordination with CHA & Customs dept. & Shipping line. Track duty-drawback. Monitoring of all import consignment by timely filing of B/E, Duty payment and clearance of consignment from Ports by ensuring zero Liner/Port detention
