My real journey has started in search of data, way back in 2012, when I decided to get my Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma I was always passionate about the work given and I love Microsoft Excel to the core. When I joined my company in 2008, I just knew to enter the numbers in Excel. I have come a long way now where my one excel file can give you everything you need. My motto of learning every day gave me my bit of growth and pushed me one step ahead every day. Today I can proudly look back and say I have really earned more in life, not in terms of money but in personal development. 28+ years in Pharmaceutical/telecom/automotive domains. Quality & Productivity Improvement, FTE Reduction, and Audit Ready with Maintenance of Quality Documents & Records were areas of focus. This is the Summary I gave always not having that confidence to open up and say my story But today because of my mentor Jogesh Jain - Making India Employable and my other trainers\' Brig. Sushil Bhasin, Dev Gadhvi, Vaibhav Sisinty, Chetna Ingle, Praveen Wadalkar & Bijay Gautham, Sanjay Shenoy, I got my knowledge and courage to go overboard. Am highly grateful to all of them. My special thanks and gratitude to Siddharth Rajsekar who showed me my value system and my clear goals for life when i was most confused. And my gratitude to Tanmay Dubey who is my author coach. We worked in a project and my 3rd book is published now. My gratitude also extends to Sushant Mysorekar, Archana Madhusudan, Jitendranath Mahato, Piyush Patel, Tauseef Hasan, Balaji Vijayan, Madhu BC who were my motivational pills all the time While they were my personal development mentors and trainers, my professional mentors in terms of six sigma were Vishwadeep Khatri of Benchmark Six Sigma and Srinivasan. Because of them i got certified as Lean Six Sigma Black belt and trained as Business Excellence Master Black Belt My all-time guide and mentors are my sister Jayanthi and my Spiritual Guru is Maha Periyava Shri Chandrashekarendra Saraswathi. I have to mention few more people who were my motivators & supporters & guide all time. Poornima Santhosh, Thejasvi TV, Kumar V & Haneesh Iqbal. Girish Reddy & Muthu Suresh as well. They stood with me in my thick and thin. My back to back learnings from the beginning of year 2020 has given me much more clarity in terms of online training, freelancing, and also in becoming the author. Today am getting ready to show the change to our educational system. My rich knowledge in six sigma, project management, data analysis, ISO auditing, Content management are my backbones
