Alternate meat protein/Value added(RTC & RTE) Category-Developed application skills to address changing food product trends and processing techniques-Research and communicate new developments in products Viz,(Ingredients, Process technology, Culinary, Food science, Sustainability, Packaging) by identifying trends and external changes influencing industry and product direction; compiling industry data and analyzing trends; attending trade shows and local markets; developing trend reports, presentations and incorporating findings in customer solutions-Provide leadership to advance strategic category and platform initiatives. Executing and/or developing methods for finished applications to assess the performance of ingredients/technologies-Functioned on pro-active projects to leverage technologies proving the capability through bench and pilot trials-Liaison with internal and external teams: technical, regulatory, and business to determine customer needs and develop solutions to achieve desired sensory, quality, costs, and other consumer success criteria-Sound experience with SAP ERP systems, including recipe and manufacturing process instructions, ingredient modifications, editing and troubleshooting.
