Key Responsibilities:• Collecting the details from under writer (customer details and plan details) • Checking the Customer details and plan, if we found any mismatch details then we rewrite the same in under writer with approval.• If customer details are correct, we are processing the plan setup and enrollment member the same.• Responsible for all MIS report, Pendency cases & accuracy & Quality.• Daily consolidate the Request and assign the cases team wise.Maintaining and Preparation of MIS Reports:• Design, generate and analyze reports for Pendency case details.• Preparing Daily MIS reports for received, claim, closed and pendency, with reason for pendency.• Weekly once preparing the power point presentation by mentioning the team achievement, target accuracy, TAT missing and reason for TAT missing.• Monthly wise sharing the Production and Quality details.• Achievement• Complete my target on time with 100% accuracy.• I support the team by working extra cases to complete the overall team target with 100% accuracy.• I have shared Update on daily basis and how to improve the quality daily basis.
