Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer with 29 years of leadership experience in C&I projects- EPIC & maintenance of C&I systems of large process units. • Currently Head (GM) of C&I department of 2 X 600 MW Thermal power plant of Essar Power MP Limited at Singrauli, Madhypradesh, India. Working with Essar group since Sep 1995 and has headed the C&I department of the 515 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant at Hazira, Surat- India. • Extensive experience of all C&I systems based on PLC, DCS & SCADA of combined cycle power stations – GE frame 9E gas turbines, 185 MW GE steam turbine,600 MW Harbin steam turbine, Fired boilers, HRSGs, BoP units, SWAS, water treatment plants and effluent treatment plant. Adept in planning and implementing predictive, preventive, routine and shutdown maintenance schedules delivering high reliability, availability and targeted plant uptime within allotted budgets. • Experienced in the installation, commissioning, testing and commissioning of field & control instruments with a passion for quality practices, and PLC, DCS & SCADA systems meeting deadlines and milestones.
