Post graduate in the area of Supply Chain and Operations with over 8 years of professional experience in Supply chain Management and operations.Interested and exploring to build an expertise in the Consumer goods and Retail domain. I\'m currently working as WMS Consultant in the field Consumer Packaged Goods.Following are my roles and responsibilities:• Provide domain consulting and advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) to customers. • Involving in Production Support activities for Global WMS modules for client. • Analyzing the flow and process associated to the Warehouse and providing efficient solutions and process improvement. • Lead and assist in implementation of end to end solutions to customer and monitoring all the releases through Regression testing of the flow. • Lead a team of Production support and assist the activities at a L1.5 level. • Possess a thorough knowledge on the functional aspect of flow and warehouse processes through Manhattan UI and Interfaces (Manhattan Integration framework) • Coordinate with various teams in the Warehouse Campus to a smooth resolution of day to day incidents and issues faced by the users. • Developing RCA documents of major standstill issues though various techniques (Chronology, Fishbone, Paretto Analysis) • Be a subject matter expert in Manhattan Implementation and global templates in order to upgrade, build from scratch the DCs. • Coordinating and recording all the Service Level Agreements between Client and Company and make sure all the processes are complying to the SLA through various SLA metrics. • Have a good knowledge on querying and PL/SQL to fetch/edit the records in the backend that supports the Manhattan UI. • Interact with the external database (SAP) to identify the issues origination from vendor/3rd parties. • Authoring Process manuals and User guidance manual to ensure the day to day process are performed smoothly and in attempt to avoid frequent mislead.
