About Vijaya Das
In my current role as a People Analytics Consultant for D&I, Talent & ER in HSBC, I enable HR to capitalize on data and analytical solutions to drive positive business outcomes. I am also actively engaged in supporting HR digitization and transformation programs. I enjoy reading and researching topics trending on the Future of Work, HR Analytics and transformations.I have also led the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice in HCL Technologies, which included management of a 45 member cross functional team and played a key role in building capability in analytics and research across verticals. Prior to HCL, I have managed research assignments in Evalueserve, IMRB International and Indian Railways.
