   In my role as Governance Lead for the Recruitment and HR Enablement Team, I oversee a wide array of responsibilities, including Recruitment from Hire to Retire, Data Management, Auditing, Issue Management, and the development of Management Dashboards using Power BI. Additionally, I provide support for Onboarding and New Hire Orientation.My leadership extends to overseeing various internal projects within the Recruitment Team, such as Governance Auditing, Modern Hire initiatives, Process Simplification, and the implementation of tools like Digital Onboarding.On a monthly basis, I oversee Head Count with a focus on cost-cutting measures and attrition management.Collaboration is key in my role, as I closely collaborate with Finance, Talent Recruiters, and HR Enablement services to ensure accurate data correction, validation, and publishing across multiple countries, including India. I serve as the point of contact for both internal and external auditors on matters such as ISQM Audits.Lastly, I play a crucial role in training the Talent team on the SuccessFactors module of Recruitment and ensuring adherence to processes. I facilitate access to various applications and provide training to resources on their usage.
