   Leading the Engineering Operations team across all functions, which include Release Management, Security Monitoring and Compliance, Dash-boarding SRE, etc.Initiatives to enhance Engineering performance:Implement AI capabilities to reduce the operational load:Develop a Self-Heal Mechanism for Vulnerability Management to maintain a score of approximately 93% on PCI and IF applications. This initiative ensures that all reported vulnerabilities are processed by AI models, minimizing human intervention. The process includes an escalation matrix for AI recommendations to be approved by Scrum and Security analysts in line with the Chief Security Organization\'s procedures. Additionally, scan promotions are conducted to inform the open market about the success rate of vulnerability management in AT & T\'s customer-facing applications.\"Voice of Customer\" status on Digital Flows and CSAT Scores validation using AI:AT & T validates customer feedback surveys using advanced survey tools. We have developed an application leveraging AI models (LLAMA and NLP) to analyze customer feedback and identify the exact issues within the application flow. This analysis helps pinpoint the responsible scrum team and application flow. This homegrown solution allows us to prioritize issues effectively to improve our CSAT scores. A management dashboard featuring an emotional intelligence scorecard with a heat map representation is utilized to address these identified issues systematically.
