Experience of handling both corporate and site roles. Well versed with all aspects of QA including QMS, technology transfer, process validations, regulatory audits (US FDA & MHRA). Successfully lead the remediation at two different organisations GSK Vaccines Ankleshwar and Wockhardt ( Chikalthana). Inculcated strong quality culture, rebuilt trust with the regulators. Lead the regulatory inspections post remediation, resulting in restoration of GMP status and resumption of manufacturing operations. Instrumental in setting up the first validation lab in India for Validation of Aseptic filtration processes as per PDA 26 guidelines at Pall Corporation. Carried out technology transfers of about ten international brands from overseas location of Stiefel to India.
