   Key Roles and Responsibilities:(a) Strategic lead- Responsible for Microfinance support to MFI, NBFC, Bank & SFB for building a healthy portfolio and achieving the targets for funding to microfinance- Liaise with Key Government functionaries, RBI and other FIs at State level and other stakeholders such as District Magistrate, Lead District Manager, District Development Manager at District level- Keep abreast of field developments in assigned states in respect of financial inclusion ecosystem- Organise and steer State Chapter Meetings- Facilitate State and District Level Stakeholders meetings- Documenting compliance and non‐compliance with the MFIN Code of Conduct- Including field visits of MFIs and their branches- Proactively assess field situation and ensure remedial action in case of local issues and- Flag larger issues to Head Office- Communicate regularly with all members and stakeholders- Organise capacity building initiatives of MFIN in the states- Take other responsibilities as advised by the line manager or any other senior management representative.(b) Management and Review- Provide logistical support to any MFIN program in the northern region- Quick assessment reports in the time of crisis and coordinate ground level interventions- Data analysis of assigned states for trend analysis- Prepare and submit periodical reports to the line manager- Identify appropriate partners at the state / regional level for fulfilling the objective of MFIN- Ensure coherence with the policies, objectives, and overall work plans of MFIN- Take the lead in the collective CSR activities of Member organisations in the region- Contribute to the state initiative teamwork.
