Enforce safety, environmental regulations and compliance for safe energy production activities in the Outer Continental Shelf of US- Review Facility Design Reports (FDR) and Fabrication & Installation Reports (FIR) submitted by the Lessee’s and participate in technical discussions- Coordinate and collaborate with SMEs on project plan, safety and compliance reviews for timely approvals- Organize and lead meetings with lessee’s to enable timely submission of plans and submittals related to pre-installation, installation, post-installation and operational activities- Lead and drive process improvement and standardization activities internally within BSEE- Internal (BOEM, USFWS, NMFS) and External stakeholder engagement.
