Conducting inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.• Provide Trainings to new quality inspectors regarding usage of Metrology instruments likevernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, thread ring/plug gauges, and on technicalblueprints/drawings interpretation and data collection on Epicor system.•Perform electrical bonding verification tests using a multimeter to ensure proper conductivityand compliance with aerospace grounding requirements.• Communicating required adjustments to shop foreman and returning products for re-work, confirming re-work through proper system (both in ERP and procedurally).• Supplier/Sub Contractors inspections and auditing.• Verification of Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and operations done for end customers as per POrequirements.• Prepared Purchase Orders (Pos) to ensure uninterrupted procurement and workflow continuity.• Inspection of various CGP controlled goods parts (Military) after deburring process, to ensure that Deburring operation is done properly as per drawing standards.• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and rejections, inputting data into quality database.• Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions to understand productrequirements.• Verifying that documentation, such as inspection reports and certifications, is complete and accurate.• Identifying and documenting non-conforming products or processes.• Working with production and engineering teams to determine root causes and implement correctiveactions.• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.• Collaborating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues.
