1. Regional Head Security & Risk - West India & Facility Head of Mumbai

   As the West India Business Region Security & Risk Head & also the Facility Head of Mumbai overseeing the below functions:1) Physical Security - Responsible for the overall Security of all company sites, their Assets and employees in all states of the Western Region of India- Preparing and executing (Implementing) of a comprehensive Security Plan for each site, within the region.2) Facility Management- Head of Facility Management of the Mumbai DLF Site, managing the following departmental functions through JLL : • Customer Service, Guest Relations & All Front of the House operations • F&B Operations • Housekeeping Operations • Multi Specialist Technicians, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, etc.3) Incident Reporting & Management- Manage and report all Untoward or Security related Incidents at all sites of the region including, related to the company employees, to the Regional Business CEO & Corporate HSSE Head.4) Standard Operating Procedures- Develop and implement comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures for each Regional site & ensure all Security personnel, including Managers, & Contractors are trained- Conduct periodic GAP Assessments for each site.5) Training- Ensure all Security personnel are trained in all Security SOPs, periodically, so that all operations are conducted as per the Corporate Security Standard.6) Risk Assessments- Conduct Risk Assessments of each site to identify various Security Risks and Threats, by using the 5 by 5 matrix.7) Audits, Penetration Tests & Mock Drills- Conduct periodic and scheduled penetration tests, mock drills and Audits (Self and External), in order to test the readiness of Security systems, and processes and identify vulnerabilities.8) Reduce Security Incidents- Monitor Security Incidents and ensure processes are put in place and all are trained- Investigate and prepare Incident Reports- Conduct Root cause analysis and put in corrective measures to avoid reoccurrence.
