   Strategic Planning: Regularly collaborate with key internal strategic partners in the Facilities, Design and Construction, Finance, HR and Corporate Development teams and business units through out the CBS News, CBS Sports, Viacom, Paramount Pictures & Simon & Schuster organizations to align long term and short-term real estate strategy. Provide analysis and support on Merger and Acquisition transactions Develop C-Suite level presentations to showcase financial analysis and data studies, and provide recommendations on stay vs go, consolidation, expansion, and new location scenarios. Transaction Management: Manage the transaction lifecycle including selection of a brokerage team, site selection, soliciting RFPs from landlords, aggressively negotiating LOIs, working with legal on drafting and review of lease drafts, reviewing changes/challenges from landlords or subtenants, getting transactions approved by management and coordinating signature of documents. Work with end users to keep them informed along each stage of the transaction process. Portfolio Management: Use Pro-Lease software/database to actively manage critical dates in the portfolio including upcoming renewals, expirations, expansion rights, termination rights, CPI adjustments, etc. Coordinate renewals of leases, notices of extensions, or notices of terminations with landlords/landlord’s agents. Distributed all legal documentation to all relevant parties in the company
