Duroshox is one of the biggest groups in sheet metal pressing, Fabrication & Seat Assemblies industries. It is repudiated export house of seat assemblies. We start our process by stamping the component of metal thickness 1.0 mm to 6.4 mm is manufacture with Press machine of range 63tonns to 400Tonns.Seat weldment were made with partially manual welding and robotic welding using CO2 & ACM gas. After CED or Powder coating, the seat assemblies were under goes through packing & then dispatched to customer. Highlights include leading the OKR on quarterly basis to achieve yearly targets and ensuring zero accidents at the workplace by eliminating potential causes found during SOT.
