Here are the highlights of my experience so far: Compensation Champion I love diving into numbers to create compensation programs that are fair, competitive, and align with the business and its people. Staying on top of market trends, industry best practices, and the latest HR insights allows me to design pay structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Benefits Administration I absolutely love comparing and negotiating benefits packages to see which one is most beneficial for the organization from a cost and employee perspective. I have experience handling both Canadian & U.S. benefits and enjoy the intricacies of both. Creating HR Dashboards & Analyzing Reports This is a big passion of mine as the data you draw from reports can tell a story on how much success the organization has had in a certain amount of time. It also allows you to find any potential areas that need improving. Being able to create a good looking dashboard or report that outlines the right data is very enjoyable. Onboarding Excellence I understand that the first days are crucial for any new employee, but also the first 90 days as well. In every role, I have been responsible for creating and conducting a positive employee experience and it is not something I take lightly. I enjoy paving the way for new hires to integrate smoothly into the organization. I entered HR because of my ability to build rapport quickly and my passion for helping organizations succeed. Every experience has strengthened my love for this field, which is why I am pursuing my CHRL designation and am an active member of HRPA.
