Working as CS/SM/MRO Lead architect, conducted workshops, analyzed requirements, validated S4 Service vs. CS / SM modules based on requirements from Govt. and commercial businesses. Designed and Configured system for processes work for Govt. and commercial businesses, identified gaps and written functional specs for WRICEF objects. Designed Interfaces with other systems i.e, Sales Force, MES (Solumina), Infor (Timecard systems) and Oracle Agile PLM system. Designed As- Built and As-Maintained Equipment structures / Install base.Processes for defective unit return, repair and send back to customers in & out of warranty and 3 rd party vendor subcontract repairs were designed and configured.Return for exchange and advance exchange in and out of warranty processes were designed. Returns, consignment consumption and consignment fill up against VCARE contract were designed and configured all in one sales order. All service processes are initiated in Sales Force as Defects and Case management. Designed interface to create service notifications in SAP from Sales Force and all end-to-end service processes are designed and configured from notification.Designed and configured service / extended warranty contracts with periodic billing in addition to standard warranties.Designed Equipment Structures / Install base captures in S4 for in-house manufactured and 3rd party contract manufacturer end units as built structure was captured. After each repair serial swaps are updated to the end item as-maintained configuration.
